CasalPiano takes its name from the old road “Strada del Piano” that leads to Orvieto. Here the word Slow (piano) seems marked in time to represent a place where consideration for enjoying every moment in relaxation, in greenery, without the rush and stress of the city, is a must during your stay.

You will discover a sustainable farmhouse in an elegant and typical country style, where every detail reflects the territory and respects local traditions. For this reason the farmhouse is made of tufa, the volcanic stone par excellence from the Orvieto cliff, while the terracotta bricks are hand-worked in the furnaces of the nearby Castel Viscardo, and the furniture is rigorously made by local artisans. Two precious natural water sources create a large fountain and support the irrigation system of the property. The vegetable garden, orchard, vineyard and olive groves surrounding the farmhouse create an ideal environment for a relaxing stay.

This is why we immediately fell in love with this place and chose to leave behind our much-loved, but frenetic jobs for a new life marked by the slow pace of nature. A philosophy of life that we have chosen for ourselves and that we have the pleasure of sharing with our guests, showing to them our passion and our hospitality.
