The owners Serena and Simone offer different experiences within Casalpiano, where Living experiences doesn’t just mean learning information and curiosities in the world of wine, olive oil and agricultural in general, but it also means enjoying the life of the Farmhouse while having fun, perhaps after a trip to discover the wonderful surrounding areas.
Here you will have the opportunity to relax in the whirl pool among the olive trees, get involved in guided tastings held by Serena (the owner and sommelier), or enjoy a panoramic picnic on the hillside which offers a view of the Orvieto cliff.
Upon your arrival we can advise you on exploring Orvieto, with gentle walks, trekking, historical itineraries, the picturesque Civita di Bagnoregio, the fascinating Lake Bolsena, and of course the renowned wineries of the area. Inside the farmhouse you’ll discover and reserve the different customizable experiences to make your stay even more unforgettable. For the experiences offered within CasalPiano, booking before your arrival is very much appreciated. All experiences are upon request and subject to availability. Minimum number: 2 people
Relax, Taste and Wellbeing
Wine & Your Senses
through wine and our EVO oil. During this experience (approx. 45 minutes), we will guide you through a refined tasting, exploring the perceptions offered by our senses. The selected wines will be carefully accompanied by two delicious delicacies, thus completing the tasting experience. This sensory journey is designed for a minimum of 2 people, at a cost of €25.00 per person.

Those who want can integrate the tasting with a walk among the old vineyards and olive grove where you can touch the beginning of what you will then taste in the glass.

Picnic in the olive grove
Picnic in the olive grove includes typical delicacies in the Orvieto traditions, surrounded by a reinvigorating panorama. Begin the experience by walking among the olive trees, arriving in your corner of nature where you will taste excellent local products expertly combined with a bottle of wine perfectly matched for that moment. Experience by reservation, availability depending on the weather. Minimum 2 people, cost is €48.00 per person.

Light Lunch
Light lunch with products from the CasalPiano garden, tasty typical Orvieto delicacies including an exceptional selection of cheeses and cured meats. Tasting of traditional Orvieto wine and our EVO Oil is included. Our vegetables vary according to seasonality and the offering of the garden, which can be visited by our guests. Duration approx. 1 hour, €38.00 per person.
